About Me

Tatiana Mendoza is a passionate and dedicated real estate professional who approaches every transaction with creativity, empathy, and integrity. Originally from Colombia, Tatiana moved to the United States in 2003 and has since made it her mission to support and uplift others through meaningful connections and community service.

With a background in the arts and more than a decade of experience in nonprofit and community engagement, Tatiana brings a unique blend of creativity and care to her real estate practice. Fluent in Spanish and deeply involved in the local immigrant community, she is known for her warmth, advocacy, and unwavering commitment to fairness.

Before transitioning into real estate, Tatiana co-founded Parents of Students for a Dream, a nonprofit organization that helped local undocumented students attain their dream of higher education by providing scholarship support and advocacy. She also spent 14 years serving families through Horizons at New Canaan Country School and later supported senior engagement at Brightview Assisted Living. These experiences deepened her ability to listen, empathize, and guide others through major life transitions with understanding and respect.

Since joining Coldwell Banker Realty in 2023, Tatiana has been helping individuals and families across Fairfield County find the place they can truly call home. Whether you are buying or selling, you can count on her uplifting energy, strong work ethic, and sincere dedication to guide you every step of the way.
